Offerings
Psychedelic preparation & integration involves processing of psychedelic experiences before and after the fact, rather than during a psychedelic experience. Personally, and in my work with clients, I incorporate a harm reduction approach and philosophy of substance use. I do not encourage engagement in illegal activities, including the purchase and consumption of illegal substances. I do not offer guided psychedelic experiences, nor do I see clients who are under the influence of psychedelic substances during preparation or integration sessions.
Psychedelic Preparation
This work is essential in laying the foundation for an empowering plant medicine experience, allowing individuals to cultivate a deeper understanding of their intentions, emotional readiness, and potential challenges. By preparing mindfully for a journey, it can strengthen one's capacity to integrate insights & experiences afterward, catalyzing the potential for profound growth & healing. This process ensures safety and respect for the powerful nature of sacred entheogens, empowering individuals to approach their journey with clarity, openness, and purpose.
Psychedelic Integration
Whether you are feeling scared, lost, excited, or inspired following your plant medicine journey, there's choice in where you go from here. The integration process is a dynamic portal for insight & healing to emerge and be integrated into one’s life. My approach is to walk alongside you as you lead the way in reconciling your journey with self-determination. You may arrive at what can feel like new and even disruptive perspectives, but it’s my belief this is the holy terrain of transformation—of remembering who you are, where you come from, & why you are here.
